She has conducted notable workshops such as "Marketing Brand You" and "Getting Comfortable with Uncomfortable Conversations" for a vast range of clients including Fortune 100 companies. While always exuding an entrepreneurial spirit, LaFern's professional background includes human resource leadership, operations management and accounting. A member of the National Speakers Associationand the International Coach Federation , LaFern serves in various leadership roles within business and professional organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salisbury University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
